Business Support Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Business Support Officer at Firstaff Personnel Consultants Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to all levels of the business, ensuring consistency and quality throughout all projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general office duties, including meeting and greeting clients, maintaining the office, and procuring necessary supplies.
- Organise and confirm travel arrangements for staff and update calendars accordingly.
- Prepare and submit fee proposals in a timely manner.
- Maintain project setup and monitoring, including tracking fees.
- Format and proofread documents to meet high standards.
- Create draft invoices monthly and ensure timely submission.
- Provide ad-hoc support for PQQs and bids, as required.
Requirements
- Strong administrative skills, including excellent organisation and time management.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and others.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
