Administrative Operations Coordinator

Gilligan Black Recruitment is hiring an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our team on a temporary basis.
This Administrative Assistant role involves working closely with the department to provide administrative support and ensure efficient daily operations.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration and be able to update and maintain our CRM system.
We are seeking an individual who can develop and maintain promotional material, including presentations, handouts, and other visual aids.
Responsibilities- Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, email management, and document preparation.
- Coordinate events and programmes within the company, ensuring smooth execution and effective communication.
- Support the preparation of tender proposals by providing administrative assistance.
- Handle invoicing and marketing tasks, including data analysis and report generation.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar administrative role.
- Right to work in Ireland.
- Previous CRM system experience is advantageous, but not essential.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
