Learning & Development Expert

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join our team. This role will play a key part in the overall growth of our organisation and help maintain our core ethos.

The successful candidate will be responsible for determining, designing and implementing innovative learning experiences, managing learning projects, facilitating learning modules, identifying opportunities to drive continuous improvement of our L&D programs, and ensuring our work is data-driven and impactful.

  • Develop and provide learning interventions in line with our strategy, organisational development and employee needs.
  • Partner with training vendors on scheduling, attendance and evaluation of all scheduled training events.
  • Ensure all statutory and required training needs across all business functions are planned for and executed to schedule.
  • Design and deliver training as appropriate and produce learning materials as required.
About The Role

This role requires a highly motivated individual who can demonstrate expertise in instructional design, adult learning theory and project management. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

You will also have:

  • A degree in a relevant field e.g., HR, L&D
  • 5+ years directly related experience in instructor-led training, facilitation, project management, talent and/or learning and development experience
  • Awareness of relevant content areas including management, leadership, organisational development and human resource development
