About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive net new business opportunities from corporate, enterprise, and public sector customers in Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing early stage relationships, working with our marketing function, managed service solution architect, and ITSM consulting team to position us as a credible partner for managed services.

  • Building strong relationships with customers at all levels
  • Researching the market and related products
  • Presenting service offerings in a structured professional way face-to-face
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
  • Negotiating terms of an agreement and closing sales
  • Gathering market and customer information
  • Representing us at trade exhibitions and events
  • Liaising with the delivery organisation to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Recording and reporting sales information on our CRM system

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and cultivating relevant contacts from c-level through to technical influencers
  2. Driving revenue for various solutions on offer

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years experience in a sales role within the ICT sector
  • Selling complex managed services experience
  • Experience responding to complex RFPs
  • Adept with CRM and Microsoft office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to influence and self-start with strong organisational skills
