We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage/Banqueting Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily service and event operations, supporting the management team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and motivate a team to ensure high standards of service delivery
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and service procedures
  • Coordinate with kitchen and events teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Evaluate and maintain high standards of hygiene, health & safety, and HACCP compliance
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year's supervisory experience in a busy food & beverage or banqueting environment
  • Proven ability to supervise, train, and motivate a team to deliver excellent service standards
  • Strong knowledge of food & beverage service procedures, including wine and beverage service
