Residential Development Project Manager

Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced construction professional to lead a wide range of transformative residential and regeneration projects across the country.
- The role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development life cycle, working as part of a broader construction team and reporting to the Head of Construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects through the construction stage of delivery and assist development managers in delivering projects through planning and detailed design.
- Manage design teams from a technical, program, and budgetary perspective.
- Plan, organise, and direct activities concerned with the project.
- Interaction with project stakeholders such as local authorities, development partners, third-party utilities, etc.
- Develop project plans and schedules and execute plans to completion.
- Ensure contractor and consultancy contractual compliance.
- Monitor that planning conditions are met and in compliance with best practice.
Requirements:
- A recognised degree-level qualification in construction or a related field is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in construction management is essential.
- Excellent relationship management skills (both internal and external) are necessary.
- Strong knowledge of the Irish planning, development, and construction sector is required.
