Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring a smooth and efficient functioning environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily office operations, including administration, customer service, and supplier relations
  2. Coordinate training schedules, liaising with customers and trainers, managing logistics
  3. Process training invoices, issue certificates, and update training records
  4. Oversee order processing, liaising with sales teams, suppliers, and coordinating shipments
  5. Maintain relationships with suppliers for spare parts, quotes, and deliveries
  6. Support the marketing team with exhibitions, promotions, and trade shows
  7. Handle office supplies, cleaning, and vendor relations
  8. Ensure the timely delivery of office and warehouse supplies and manage deliveries

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong organisational skills
  • Experience with supplier and vendor relationship management
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritisation skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and manage competing priorities
