French Security and Fraud Prevention Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client inquiries via callbacks, verbal, and video verification.
  • Escalate security system issues via tickets.
  • Manage problems with a focus on security protocols.
  • Elevate suspicious client activity to Senior SFP Analysts.
  • Proactively track fraud cases and trends.
  • Develop training material for clients.

We are looking for an experienced Fraud Prevention Specialist who is skilled in managing multiple tasks while ensuring high-quality results. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

To be successful in this position, you must possess:

  • 2+ years of experience in information or fraud prevention roles.
  • A Bachelor's degree in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).
  • Proficiency in Windows and/or macOS systems and basic office applications.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the security industry as it relates to social engineering, fraud schemes, mobile security, and information security.
  • Fluency in French and English languages.

  • Organized, practical, good attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication (spoken and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to engage and maintain conversations with clients.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
