Job Title: Culinary Operations Director

This is a senior role within a fast-paced and reputable hospitality environment, where the successful candidate will be responsible for leading kitchen operations with excellence.

Responsibilities
  1. The ideal candidate will oversee daily kitchen activities to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  2. They will lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food and service standards.
  3. Collaboration with senior management will be key in planning menus that are both creative and cost-effective.
  4. Stock management, ordering, and food cost control will also fall under their remit.
  5. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations will be paramount.
  6. Additionally, they will be responsible for monitoring kitchen equipment maintenance needs.
  7. Closely working with front-of-house teams will be crucial in delivering seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
  • A proven track record as a culinary operations director or similar senior kitchen role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong culinary skills with a good understanding of kitchen operations and food cost management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities will be essential.
  • Highly organised individuals with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are encouraged to apply.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy periods will be required.
  • Currently living in Ireland and holding the right to work in the Republic of Ireland (ROI) is necessary.
