Join our Sales Apprenticeship Programme, a 12-month training initiative designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the motor sales industry. This role offers a unique blend of theoretical and practical training, focusing on customer service, database management, marketing, and more.

  • The ideal candidate will possess retail and/or hospitality experience, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.\
  • You will be responsible for managing and developing customer follow-up and prospecting systems, as well as maintaining accurate records of all customer contact details.\
  • This is a fast-paced industry requiring a strong work ethic and an appetite to learn and develop throughout the programme.\
  • A comprehensive training program will provide extensive knowledge on the Joe Duffy Group sales process, database management, marketing, customer service, and more.
