
Professional Sales Developer

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving new business by identifying, engaging, and creating pipeline opportunities with high-potential prospects. Your primary objective is to orchestrate relationships that drive revenue growth and contribute to our company's mission.
Key Responsibilities:- Create EMEA pipeline by researching and engaging high-potential prospects across key regions
- Execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns to generate qualified opportunities
- Become an expert on our product and value proposition to effectively articulate its impact and tailor outreach efforts
- Partner directly with Account Executives to build quality pipeline and drive sales growth
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity metrics, opportunity targets, and pipeline generation targets
You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve our goals.
RequirementsWe are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a strong analytical mindset. The ideal candidate will have:
- Fluency in Polish
- 1 year of experience in sales development or a relevant customer-facing role with a passion for growing into a career in software sales (SaaS) or other business functions
- A strong enthusiasm for technology and a willingness to share this passion with others
- Effective communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to integrity
- An analytical thinker who can identify patterns across large data sets
- A team player who understands the importance of collaboration and thrives on shared success
