About the Position

This is a high-impact role that drives business growth through new logo acquisition and develops opportunities across various industry verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine strategic plans to prioritize time investment across prospects and customers, and manage active pipelines of new business opportunities.
  • Exceed sales targets, deliver dedicated account management, forecast accuracy, and drive adoption/usage with clients and prospects in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Deliver proactive engagement with existing and new clients to develop and maintain relationships while growing incremental revenue by uncovering additional use cases and opportunities.
  • Qualify sales opportunities based on established sales methodology and metrics, including client fit and success criteria.
  • Position our value proposition as part of the overall business solution, linking benefits back to key business issues for clients.
  • Expand our solutions beyond initial implementation and seek new business opportunities by presenting, recommending, and upselling new products and services.
  • Process sales orders, facilitate client onboarding, and manage client needs for engagement with other resources.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Experience in consultative sales and account management, preferably within a software-as-a-service model.
  • Computer skills, including experience using sales force automation tools (preferably Salesforce.com), Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Proven track record meeting and exceeding individual sales targets and quotas.
  • Ability to manage large volumes of concurrent client relationships, identify intelligent changes to clients' business optimization processes, and work effectively at all levels of an organization.
