Job Description

The Community Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting our community by resolving inquiries efficiently, accurately and on time.

This position requires a strong understanding of the client's products and community standards. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge about market-specific signals and insights to identify scalable solutions for improving the support of our community of users.

Responsibilities include investigating and resolving issues reported on the client's platform, responding to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy and accuracy, enforcing clients terms and conditions, reviewing reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality, identifying inefficiencies in workflows and suggesting solutions, and recognizing trends and patterns and escalating issues outside company policy to the global team.

Key Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and most importantly empathy
  • Display a strong bias to doing what's right
  • Ability to make decisions, solve problems, manage time effectively and work as part of a team
  • Proficient in multiple languages, cultural understanding of the market and experience in working in an office environment is preferable


Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as communications or business administration
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
