The Role

As an Administrator, you will support the purchasing team with a variety of administrative tasks to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document managementEnsure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirementsManage the new accounts process, ensuring approvals and due diligence checks are in placeLiaise with Finance and project teams regarding vendor set-ups and approvalsMaintain and update new accounts trackers, databases, and procurement recordsIssue and process Pre-Qualification Questionnaire forms for new vendorsMonitor supplier insurance compliance, request updated certificates, and ensure records are accurate
