Key Responsibilities Lead business development efforts across a range of services, including innovative accessibility projects.
Identify and build strategic partnerships to generate new business opportunities.
Promote key initiatives, including an immersive training centre and a national mobile health service.
Develop and implement community engagement projects and events.
Present insights and recommendations based on engagement outcomes.
Engage and influence C-level executives to secure partnerships and funding.
Develop referral networks to expand client reach.
About You 3-5 years' experience in a Business Development role.
Proven track record in revenue generation and scaling business opportunities.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and execute new opportunities.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
A proactive, analytical, and data-driven mindset.
A full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide as required.
Experience in the disability sector or working in a start-up environment is a distinct advantage.
