Senior Legal Secretary

Our client is a well established Law Firm in Dublin 4.
They currently have a vacancy for a Senior Legal Secretary in their Tax Department.
Supporting the Head of the department and 1-2 others, this role offers good autonomy to an experienced Legal Secretary.

The Role:
Managing the billing processes.
Travel Management.
Diary Management.
Taking ownership of emails, contacts and calendars.
Managing all filing, including e-filing.
Reporting on BD data in their CRM system.
Producing high quality documentation from digital dictation.
Ad-hoc duties as necessary.
The Candidate:
4-5 years+ experience is essential supporting Senior Legal staff.
Experience working with Digital Dictation systems.
Strong experience working with Document Management and Billing Systems.
Ability to prioritise workload with excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently to deadlines.
Ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team.
Excellent organisational skills.
Strong work ethic.
IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
