The Role

 

The Sales Executive is accountable for both delivering and managing the full sales cycle. The role is a key member of the commercial team, acting as the front line of the sales process. An in-depth knowledge of the Iconic Offices brand, product, services, and client experience is key to success within this role.

 

The sales executive will directly influence, drive and manage the full sales cycle ensuring to consistently liaise with sales co-ordinators to collaboratively deliver and maintain a seamless sales pipelines, inclusive but not limited to, conducting scheduled tours, issuing proposals/ contracts and engaging in negotiations.

 

The role will play a central role in the execution of commercial strategy and achievement of the overall commercial goals. The sales executive is a result driven individual with a passion for both the Iconic Offices brand and client experience. A commercial approach with the ability to identify, adapt and communicate opportunities & negotiate favourable terms is required.

 

The Sales Executive supports the Commercial Manager in developing a culture that aligns with the company's mission and vision and implements plans of management. The sales executive reports directly to the Commercial Manager.

 

Job Purpose

Responsible for the full sales cycle, acting as the front-line contact of the sales process. Identifying opportunities for product development and enhancing client experience to support the organisation achieving growth targets. 

 

Leads assigned role to achieve company objectives through consistent administrative, operational, and commercial excellence, discipline, and a commitment. Responsible for communicating sales performance/ progress to key stakeholders through clear and effective communication. 

 

The sales executive plays an important role in executing world class sales and client experience. The role of sales executive is to fulfil and execute the company mission statement daily and demonstrate passion for our product/ services, people and our clients. Meets and exceeds company objectives and KPIs.

 

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed commercial KPIs
  • Support implementation of Iconic Offices growth strategy.
  • Actively source sales leads through lead generation strategies, such as, cold calling to identify prospects, organizing pitches, meetings & attending both virtual and in person events
  • Generate outbound lead generation and tour booking reports based on outbound efforts including full sales cycle outcome
  • Ascertain a deep understanding of each client's unique requirements through effectively fully qualifying each in bound lead
  • Research prospects and identify key decision makers prior to each tour, adapting the required sales pitch accordingly
  • Create pricing proposals, engage in negotiations, and issue license agreements to close the sale
  • Liaise with Iconic Offices partners to generate leads and utilize relationships to close the sale
  • Actively follow up on previous active leads and opportunities to re-engage with new solution and proposals
  • Keep up to date with industry/ market trends
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports as and when required
  • Act as a brand ambassador attending all relevant events to enhance network as required
  • Adhere to the company's policies and procedures 

Planning:

  • Support all sales related activities and processes to ensure high level targets are met and exceeded across all products
  • Work closely with sales coordinators to ensure clear communication
  • Collaborate with commercial team to ensure overall goals are met
  • Support effective & proactive regular meetings with the Commercial Manager/Chief Commercial Office (CCO) to ensure clear communications particularly concerning objectives/ goals
  • Review and present regular reports as and when required, inclusive but not limited to recommendations on people, product, and service-related issues
  • Consistently review, monitor and performance v budget to Commercial Manager/CCO. Identifying and reporting on improvements to enhance same.
  • Actively maintain and expand opportunities utilizing Iconic Offices CRM system (Betsy). Identify opportunities to ensure full compliance is achieved
  • Ensure all relevant documentation are up to date

Operations:

  • Maintain in depth relations with all members of the management team 
  • Implement operational best practices
  • Support commercial department through consistently adhering to best practice processes to support accuracy and efficiency concerning client experience
  • Report performance of the business to the CCO, management and other stakeholders

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support communication methods with CCO through weekly conference calls, individual follow-up calls, written communication, and one on one communication.
  • Present a professional image in appearance, words, and action.
  • Support a positive team relationship and demonstrate ethical behaviour.
  • Adhere to health & safety guidelines and ensure all relevant documentation is always up to date.
  • Other duties as necessary to support commercial organisation efficiency. Prepare monthly business analysis, and other reports as directed.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • 3 - 4 years' experience in a B2B sales role
  • 3 - 4 year's commercial/real estate sales experience
