Key Responsibilities:  

Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications. Provide general HR administrative support, including handling HR system adjustments and maintaining HR files. Support the HR team with monthly audits, contract issuance, and reporting. Manage the HR inbox, responding to queries promptly. Coordinate company induction programs and manage colleague recognition initiatives. Participate in employee relations case administration and support occupational health processes. Contribute to ad-hoc HR projects and engagement activities.

What We're Looking For:  

Strong administration and organisational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with HRM systems like Core HR is desirable. Knowledge of Irish Employment Law is a plus. HR qualification or CIPD accreditation (or working towards it) is advantageous.

Ability to function independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on internal customer service. Exceptional attention to detail and a completer-finisher attitude. Adaptability, flexibility, and innovative thinking. Positive and enthusiastic approach to work, with a commitment to confidentiality and diplomacy.

Contract Type:  

3-month fixed-term contract. Full-time, 39-hour week, Monday to Friday.
