Location: Waterford, Ireland

Working Hours: Mon – Sat (Sun plus one weekday off)

Salary: up to 90K OTE

Main Responsibilities:

Meeting and exceeding TargetsProviding exceptional customer service throughout the sales process so all customer expectations are met if not exceeded.Achieving maximum profitability on sales by selling finance and insurance products.Building a rapport with customers to identify and anticipate needs, and proactively promoting suitable vehicle features and benefits.Processing all required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of the motor industry

Requirements:

Proven experience in car sales (min 1 year)Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong negotiation and persuasion abilities Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions Hold a full, clean Irish driving LicenceLive no more than 40 mins from WaterfordGood computer Skills
