My Client in Dublin 11 is looking to recruit an office administrator, this role is fully onsite.

Purpose of Role:

· Processing of new and amended Sales Orders.

· Processing of new and amended Purchase Orders.

· Processing Despatch notes and Invoices

· Managing Engineers Service Diary

· Processing Completed Engineers Jobs

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensuring all orders are accurate, correct and meet business requirements

· Input of all orders on to Sage System

· Liaising with multiple teams to facilitate successful administrative processing

· Provide inbound telephone support for Sales team

Knowledge and Experience:

· Experience of working in an office environment

· Accurate processing of large amounts of data

· Knowledge of Sage systems beneficial but not essential

· Good IT skills, Excel, Word.

· Able to manage times effectively

Relationships: The position requires close collaboration with several internal and external stakeholders:

· Customers

· Internal staff

· Departmental line managers

Reporting and Audits:

· To report to the Line Manager and/or Managing Director were the activities identified above can be improved in terms of their efficiency, effectiveness and economy, and/or where they cannot be performed either in total or in the time frame required.

· To report to the Line Manager and/or Managing Director where compliance with company policies and practices has not or cannot be effectively maintained.

General:

· To have responsibility for the health, safety and welfare of relevant staff and others and to comply at all times with the requirements of the Quality, Health and Safety, and Environmental policies.

· To ensure confidentiality at all times, only releasing confidential information obtained during the course of employment to those acting in an official capacity when approved to do so by your Line Manager.

· To promote equal opportunities for all staff and other stakeholders.

· To ensure that no person receives less favourable treatment than another on the grounds of age, sex, marital status, race religion, creed, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin or sexual orientation.
