We're looking for a dynamic, passionate SMB Account Manager with a digital advertising background to join our growing Account Management team in Dublin. You will be a crucial member of a growing team that will partner with SMB advertisers in a one to many structure with the goal of activating, nurturing and growing accounts in the Spanish market. You will look to establish and strengthen your client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. Success in this position requires a focus on client service, the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, and the ability to help shape and sell scalable solutions to grow and support SMB customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Set up and enhance long term successful strategic partnerships with existing media/digital agencies to support their long term growth in the Spanish Markets.
  2. Develop and grow an existing book of agency business by:
    1. Scaling current agencies' advertisers.
    2. Securing additional budget by proving greater ROAS for the agencies' clients.
    3. Pitching for new clients' activations.
  3. Prove impact through achieving KPIs such as: increase in budget & ARPA, growth of active clients per agency, etc.
  4. Accurately forecast revenue delivery and identify opportunities to prevent or bridge gaps to goal.
  5. Establish and maintain both C-Level & tactical relationships with agencies, becoming their key point of contact, to ensure TikTok is a partner of choice in their future growth.
  6. Leverage insights, data, and industry benchmarks to lead conversations with internal Cross-Function Stakeholders, and externally to support the agencies.
  7. Manage media agencies at scale; monitoring the partner's performance through tools and timely communication with clients.
  8. Deliver best in class customer experience: reactively troubleshoot any practical problem occurring to the agencies and proactively anticipate any challenge.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification:

  1. As this role works in our Spanish market, working with Spanish customers, fluency in English and Spanish is required for the success of this role.
  2. 3+ years experience and knowledge of the digital marketing landscape, ideally in this market.
  3. Previous experience working closely with agencies, resellers, consulting businesses is not strictly required but it will be regarded as a plus.
  4. Sharp client focus and motivated by thriving customer success.
  5. Problem solver capable of navigating ambiguity and proactively providing effective solutions to customer needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines.
  2. Sound analytical and quantitative skills.
  3. Experience working with revenue targets in a fast paced, client facing environment.
  4. A genuine passion for consultative selling, strategy and seeing your impact through the growth of a book of business.
