About Us:

We're on a mission to make it possible for every person, team, and company to be able to tailor their software to solve any problem and take on any challenge. We've been working on this together since 2016, and have customers like Pixar, Mitsubishi, Figma, Plaid, Match Group, and thousands more on this journey with us. Today, we're growing fast and excited for new teammates to join us who are the best at what they do. We're passionate about building a company as diverse and creative as the millions of people Notion reaches worldwide.

Skills You'll Need to Bring:
  • 7+ years of strategy, operations, and analytics experience with a track record of driving growth, including 4-5 years working in sales operations, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Expertise to quickly drill down into the business funnel for outbound and inbound sales motions, and how that connects to revenue.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative modelling skills; ability to analyse and interpret data, provide actionable insights, and deliver measurable results.
  • Expert proficiency with core sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, etc.) and best practices for sales data management.
