Sales Development Leader Required

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager Lead who can drive growth and success in our Sales Development organisation. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving exceptional results.

The role reports to the VP Head of Sales Development EMEA and is based in Dublin. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales development professionals, aligning with our Central Sales Management group, and driving sales development execution.

You will work closely with marketing and sales programs teams to develop demand generation plans, partner with Sales Management in Central to meet targets, and participate in EMEA-wide projects to drive innovation.
