We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager, Business Development to join our growing team in EMEA. This role will be based out of our Dublin hub and involve occasional international travel for meetings and events.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth in fast-paced environments. They will be responsible for managing and growing a team of Business Development Representatives, exceeding sales targets, and identifying areas for improvement.

The successful candidate will also have strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team. They will work closely with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent alignment and drive business results.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success as a top-performing sales person and team leader/manager
  • Minimum 2 years of experience developing sales teams through regular 1:1s, continuous training, and coaching
  • Experience working in fast-paced and high-growth technology companies
  • A track record of developing people and building high-velocity sales teams
  • Extraordinary communication and organizational skills, with the ability to gain buy-in and motivate a team
