Business Development Manager EMEA

As EMEA Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager, you'll lead a high-impact team and serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for scaling qualified pipeline across EMEA.
You will work in close partnership with our marketing team to drive and optimize revenue-generating initiatives in key markets.
Our ideal candidate is a leader who can build and mentor a world-class BDR team while accelerating our footprint across EMEA.
Responsibilities:
- Scale EMEA pipeline through strategic top-of-funnel initiatives
- Cultivate a results-driven culture within the team
- Drive rapid pipeline growth through coaching and mentoring
- Build an elite BDR team through strategic hiring and establishing clear career advancement paths
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to optimize pipeline performance
