Sales Team Lead EMEA

We're looking for a seasoned sales leader to join our team as Mid-Market Sales Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Mid-Market Account Executives to drive sales growth and expansion across Europe.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling a business across the EMEA region, with experience in tech sales and HRIS/HCM software sales.
You will be based in Dublin (3-day hybrid) or France (fully remote) and will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of Mid-Market Account Executives to drive sales growth and expansion across Europe
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the Mid-Market business
- Work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract and hire top talent for the Mid-Market team
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to help team members improve their skills and performance
- Proven track record of scaling a business across the EMEA region
- Experience in tech sales and HRIS/HCM software sales
- Fluent in both English and French
- Able to accurately forecast team performance
- Motivated with a desire to learn and have a strong work ethic
