Aufgaben
  • Durch Deine kompetente Beratung ermöglichst Du Menschen einen Neustart und die Option sich noch einmal komplett neu zu erfinden
  • Du stellst den Qualifizierungsbedarf von unseren potenziellen Teilnehmer/innen fest und führst eine ganzheitliche, bedarfsgerechte und effiziente Beratung durch
  • Du baust gewinnbringende Beziehungen zu den Entscheidungsträgern in Agentur für Arbeit / Jobcenter auf
  • Du identifizierst Marktchancen, beobachtest den Wettbewerb sowie allgemeine Themen im Bereich der Erwachsenenbildung
Qualifikation
  • Du hast mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb
  • Du hast Spaß daran, viel zu telefonieren und unsere Interessent/innen von den Vorteilen einer Weiterbildung bei Techstarter zu überzeugen
  • Du hast Grundkenntnisse in der IT, sodass du ohne Probleme die Inhalte unserer Weiterbildung Quereinsteiger:innen erklären kannst
  • Du hast eine “Closing”-Mentalität
  • Du findest immer wieder neue Wege, um noch bessere Ergebnisse zu erzielen
  • Du kennst dich mit gängigen CRM Tools aus (z.B. Hubspot, Pipedrive) und optimierst Deinen Vertriebserfolg durch Automatisierungen
  • Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
