About Your New Job

We are seeking an experienced full-time Payroll/Accounts Payable Administrator to join our dynamic team at our busy head office. This is an onsite position offering the convenience of onsite parking.

- Manage the weekly payroll for 200+ staff, including starters and leavers.
- Handle all payroll aspects such as ROS returns, weekly and month-end reconciliations, and employee payroll queries.
- Process accounts payable invoices and reconcile supplier statements.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and support ad-hoc reporting tasks as required.

What Skills You Need

- 2+ years’ experience in payroll processing.
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in accounts payable.
- Proficiency in Sage Payroll and strong IT skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Irish payroll and legislation.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail and high numerical accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
