As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Operations Coordinator to join our team in Baldonnell.
The Role:
The Customer Operations Coordinator is a key link between our customers and internal operations teams. This person plays a vital role in ensuring vehicles move efficiently through the CAFCO supply chain — from arrival to final delivery — while maintaining clear, proactive communication with customers at every stage. The role supports both daily operations and long-term improvement initiatives, ensuring high standards of service, data accuracy, and process discipline.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer queries, updates, and service issues
- Generate non-account holder invoices and process credit card payments.
- Provide full administrative support to the Customer Operations Department
- Generate and present operational reports (KPIs, trends, customer insights)
- Maintain accurate records using Salesforce and internal systems
- Support internal projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with planning, workshop, and logistics teams to meet SLAs
- Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly
- Assist senior management with reporting, scheduling, and coordination
- Carry out ad hoc duties in a fast-moving environment
What You Bring:
- Minimum 3 years' administrative experience, ideally in logistics or automotive
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Salesforce experience is a plus
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work well under pressure
- Full clean Class B driving licence
