The purpose of the Operational Administrator is to contribute to the license resale process across the whole of the Version 1 group.

Working with the License Management Team the Operations Administrator is responsible for keeping the license fulfilment records up to date ensuring that all details are accurately recorded, as well as the involvement in the day-to-day provision of Version 1 Software and Hardware quotes and ordering documents. Liaising with software and hardware vendors, value added distributors and customers to progress paperwork for resale opportunities are also key parts of the role.

The following tasks represents areas of responsibility that this role may be expected to perform. Specific tasks and responsibilities will change over time according to the practice needs and will be refined according to the specific skills of the successful applicant.

License Fulfilment

- Record all resales accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure that the License Queries e-mail inbox is closely monitored and organised.
- Monitor the Case Management system on a regular basis and if possible, resolve the case or assign to another team member.
- Create order documents to reflect customers' requirements and agreements once commitment has been reached.
- Co-ordinate with suppliers and distributors to obtain quotes and ordering documents
- Involvement in invoicing, purchase order and order processing.
- Liaise with in-house teams to ensure that Engagements are set up on systems correctly.
- Build relationships with distributors and vendors.
