We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Professional to join our organization.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.

This role involves providing top-notch customer support, promoting product knowledge, and ensuring seamless interactions with clients.

The selected individual will be responsible for developing in-depth knowledge of our products and their features, as well as engaging with customers to understand and fulfill their goals with our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with customers via multiple channels, including email, live chat, and screen shares.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, promoting self-sufficiency and empowering them to get the most out of our products.
  • Develop expertise in our products and services, identifying opportunities to innovate and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, using this information to inform product development and improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • At least 1.5 years of experience in software support or customer service.
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Knowledge of HTML, jQuery, CSS, and other relevant technologies.
  • Experience in various communication formats, including email, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Ability to quickly grasp new technologies and articulate complex concepts in simple terms.
  • Proficiency in using application logs, browser dev tools, and other diagnostic tools to resolve technical issues.
  • Strong independent work ethic, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Poise and articulation in challenging customer interactions, with a focus on empathy and understanding.
Working Arrangements:

Monday to Friday, standard office hours.
