**Job Title: Business Development Representative**

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Representative to join our team.

This role will focus on generating new business opportunities through strategic prospecting efforts and extensive account research.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales or business development, with a strong understanding of the cloud-based software industry.

Responsibilities will include:

  1. Generating new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities
  2. Managing inbound leads that are driven by outbound effort
  3. Nurturing early-stage opportunities
  4. Gaining interest through outbound cold calling across existing Salesforce customers and breaking into net new logos in assigned territory
  5. Partnering with core seller to identify and source net new pipeline and assist by researching lines of business and personas
  6. Aligning with internal account team
  7. Identifying key decision makers within new accounts

**Key Requirements and Qualifications:**

We are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and across multiple teams.

Prior experience in business development, sales, or a related field is required.

A degree or equivalent relevant experience is also required.

Preferred qualifications include fluency in Portuguese and English languages as well as a valid working visa for Ireland.
