
Strategic HR Professional

The organization seeks a skilled HR Manager to play a vital role in shaping the organization's human strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in developing insightful analysis to inform HR strategy development, solutions, and advice.
The HR Manager will work closely with leaders across the organization to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive work environment. This includes leading and managing team members in initiatives that promote successful business operations, performance management, and employee engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Recruiting, developing, and motivating highly qualified employees to achieve short and long-term business goals.
- Providing insight into HR processes and procedures, including their administration and implementation.
- Conducting HR performance appraisals with team members and department leaders.
- Embodying leadership and employee engagement that fosters professional growth and develops expertise.
- Assisting in articulating the values and culture of the organization.
- Ensuring adherence to the Employee Handbook and updating policies and procedures to comply with employment law and best practice.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and provide expert advice on HR-related matters. They must possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in an HR role. Proficiency in MS Office and other HR software is also necessary.
