Job Opportunity

Your primary objective is to drive business growth by fostering strategic relationships with regional accounts and optimizing distribution channels.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a consistent schedule of outlet visits, aligned to client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Achieve a predetermined number of new distribution points, aligned to client KPIs.
  • Negotiate and maintain an increase in distribution of existing and new products, aligned to client KPIs.
  • Contribute to activities that generate return on investment.
Performance Metrics:
  • Defend market share by ensuring key Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) are available with correct pricing displayed.
  • Ensure maximum outlet awareness of all existing products and new product launches via Point of Sale (POS), National, and local activity.
Data Recording & Reporting:
  • Record all response data accurately via the data recording tool.
  • Provide weekly updates on wins with details and pictures to promote activity.
  • Report any issues for speedy resolution and timely data entry.
Market Insights:
  • Provide insightful and actionable feedback on market intelligence/competitor activity.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends, news, and information concerning the channel.
