
Business Growth Manager

Your primary objective is to drive business growth by fostering strategic relationships with regional accounts and optimizing distribution channels.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintain a consistent schedule of outlet visits, aligned to client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Achieve a predetermined number of new distribution points, aligned to client KPIs.
- Negotiate and maintain an increase in distribution of existing and new products, aligned to client KPIs.
- Contribute to activities that generate return on investment.
- Defend market share by ensuring key Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) are available with correct pricing displayed.
- Ensure maximum outlet awareness of all existing products and new product launches via Point of Sale (POS), National, and local activity.
- Record all response data accurately via the data recording tool.
- Provide weekly updates on wins with details and pictures to promote activity.
- Report any issues for speedy resolution and timely data entry.
- Provide insightful and actionable feedback on market intelligence/competitor activity.
- Stay up-to-date with trends, news, and information concerning the channel.
Your profile should include strong communication and interpersonal skills, including rapport building, influencing, negotiation, organizational, planning, analytical ability, self-motivation, and a flexible proactive approach. For this role you will need:
