As a Sales Growth Professional, you will be responsible for cultivating strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth through the Salesforce Customer 360 platform. You will foster strong relationships with key decision-makers within your territory.

Sales Strategy
  • Develop opportunities through targeted outreach and whitespace prospecting to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a dedicated customer set in the enterprise space and own the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics.
  • Utilize solution selling expertise to respond efficiently to customer needs and provide value-added solutions.
  • Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings to drive long-term growth and loyalty.
  • Prioritize and lead industry events and user groups to establish thought leadership and build business opportunities.
Required Skills And Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success of quota carrying, technology solution-based direct sales experience and a proven track record of achieving sales objectives.
  • Territory & Account Planning Strategies: Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Research and Discovery: Conduct research and analysis to uncover a prospect's current processes, business challenges, and strategic goals.
  • Solutioning: Identify compelling value propositions that address customer needs and drive business results.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with customers in a clear, concise, and timely manner to build trust and drive sales performance.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Sales Methodology education and certification to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry trends.
