As a Digital Enterprise Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in generating pipeline, engaging with prospective clients, building strong relationships, and closing sales.

Understanding specific pain points and requirements is essential for promoting Microsoft's offerings and unlocking the full potential of an organization's workforce.

This role is pivotal in helping customers navigate challenges, recommending tailored solutions, and securing new business resulting in unparalleled customer value and satisfaction.

The day-to-day execution of strategic priorities involves leading generative AI narratives and selling best-in-class cloud services and platforms.

Strong customer relationships and deep understanding of enterprise needs drive sales targets and customer success.

This role offers flexibility, allowing up to 50% work from home.

Key qualifications include written and verbal fluency in French and English, experience in technology-related sales or account management, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities involve collaborating with virtual team members to identify customer business needs and develop solutions.

Building an external stakeholder network accelerates and closes opportunities.

Deepening and broadening relationships with Customer Business Decision Makers is essential.

Hunting new Modern Work opportunities engages key business contacts, understands customers' priorities, governance, decision-making, and budgeting processes, and articulates the value proposition of Modern Work solutions.

Collaborating with internal partners plans, orchestrates, and executes opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell.

Initiating conversations with Modern Work Business Decision Makers shares best practices and competitor knowledge across solution areas making recommendations on pursuit or withdrawal decisions.

Collaborating with partners and resources plans for accounts, conducts compete planning, forecasting, and business analysis to target high-potential customers and manage Modern Work solutions.
