EdgeTier is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive. This pivotal role will see you take the lead in securing new customers for our company in the Enterprise segment.
This is a full-time position that will operate on a hybrid basis and be based out of our Dublin office.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive new business by researching and identifying new prospects in your territory, both independently and alongside your Sales Development Rep (SDR).
- Conduct meaningful discovery conversations that identify business goals and business pains, aligning with how we add differentiated value.
- Progress leads through the sales cycle to closing.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations with leads and potential customers.
- Negotiate and close complex deals.
- Act as a brand ambassador for our company by representing us online and at industry events.
- Manage the funnel and administrative tasks using our CRM (Hubspot).
- Collaborate with the Sales Development team and Customer Success for seamless pipeline management and onboarding.
- 3+ years of experience in an Account Executive role within a scaling B2B SaaS company.
- Strong experience in the end-to-end Enterprise sales cycle.
- You love consultative selling and articulating differentiated value.
- Comfortable collaborating with an SDR but equally motivated to self-source leads.
- A track record of top performance.
- An ability to adapt quickly in a high-growth start-up environment.
- A self-starter mentality and strong intrinsic motivation.
- Resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in the field of CX analytics is a big plus.
