
Revenue Growth and Customer Success Account Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Revenue Growth and Customer Success Account Executive to join our team. This individual will be responsible for expanding revenue in their assigned accounts, ensuring customer success, and fostering long-term partnerships.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Developing and executing account plans to ensure customer success and retention
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to align on business goals and strategies
- Providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership on market trends and customer needs
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years of experience in a sales or account management role
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and French (additional languages a plus)
