**About the Role**

Avidity is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Business Development Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing brand distribution and visibility of Avidity products within retailers in their area. This will involve product merchandising, providing market leading strategic insight, analysis and in-store execution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • BUILD strong relationships with customers to drive revenue growth
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

  • No weekend working (40 hours Monday to Friday)

We're looking for someone with experience in direct sales or customer-facing roles within retail environments. A background in Field Sales or FMCG is beneficial, but not essential. With the right attitude, you can excel in our team through thorough training and development opportunities.
