We are seeking a motivated and experienced Reception Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual to take on a key role in ensuring exceptional guest service.
">The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the front office team, overseeing check-in and check-out procedures, managing switchboard and telephone operations, handling reservations and special requests, and monitoring floats, safe deposits, and cash handling securely.
">Key Responsibilities:">- Supervise front office team members to deliver excellent guest service.
- Ensure efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage switchboard and telephone operations professionally.
- Handle reservations and special requests accurately.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
- A knowledge of hotel property management systems (PMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work equally well in a team environment and on your own initiative.
