Site Handover Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Handover Specialist to join our large-scale Pharmaceutical Construction Project in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the site handover process, ensuring all systems are fully operational and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Familiarize yourself with the project scope, content, and boundaries.
- Understand the site handover process, including walk downs, punch list management, test pack tracking, and documentation preparation.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation for allocated systems, ensuring master drawings and documents are available.
- Liaise with the Site Manager and Construction Planner to review, update, and communicate the status of allocated systems.
- Degree-educated or strong trades' background.
- Previous construction and/or site supervision experience is essential.
- Experience on life science or mission critical projects is desirable.
- Previous PM Group experience is desirable.
