Proven Customer Service Specialist Wanted

As a Service Advisor, you will operate within a dynamic work environment, delivering exceptional customer service and technical assistance to clients. This is a full-time role based in County Cork, Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the front service counter, greeting customers and providing excellent customer service from check-in to return of their vehicles.
- Act as the point of contact for customers booking vehicles for service work and resolve issues regarding vehicle problems and repair timelines.
- Prepare documentation related to customer bookings and agree on cost and timelines with the client.
- Hand over vehicles to customers and explain any issues relating to the work/future work required.
- Generate invoices and collect payment from customers for services completed.
- Maintain accurate customer records and enter data into computer databases.
- Ensure the accurate recording of stock into and out of systems.
- Supply detailed and accurate parts quotations.
- Manage aftersales administration, including processing warranty claims when required.
- 1+ years' previous experience in a similar position.
- Possess strong organisational skills and an ability to structure workload efficiently.
- A full and clean driving licence is necessary.
