Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to lead our mechanical design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-speed mechanisms, pneumatics, servo systems, and solid modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex mechanical components and assemblies using SolidWorks/PDM
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with GMP, CE, and safety standards
  • Mentor junior engineers and drive design improvements through innovative solutions

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 8+ years of mechanical design experience, with 5+ years in automation & packaging machinery
  • Expertise in high-speed mechanisms, pneumatics, servo systems, cams, drives, and solid modeling
  • Strong leadership and project ownership skills, with ability to motivate team members
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
