Job Title: Culture & Engagement Manager">

We are seeking a highly skilled Culture & Engagement Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a positive organisational culture, enhancing employee engagement, and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in culture development, leadership coaching, and change management. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.

The role will involve working closely with the Leadership Team to develop and implement a culture strategy that aligns with the organisation's mission, vision, and values. This will include designing and deploying employee surveys, facilitating company-wide action planning, and leading various initiatives to improve employee engagement and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a culture strategy that enhances employee engagement and drives business growth
  • Design and deploy employee surveys to measure culture and engagement
  • Facilitate company-wide action planning and lead various initiatives to improve employee engagement
  • Work closely with the Leadership Team to ensure alignment of culture strategy with organisational goals
  • Build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to promote culture and engagement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in HR, preferably in culture development and leadership coaching
  • Strong background in change management and ability to influence stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make recommendations
Qualifications:
  • Relevant third-level qualification (e.g. degree) or equivalent is desirable
