Sales Enablement Strategy

You will develop a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with Stripe's strategic goals, focusing on the most impactful areas identified through continuous engagement with senior EMEA leaders.

Innovative Training Programs

Design and implement training programs that equip managers and sellers with the skills and knowledge needed for cross-functional alignment and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership to ensure sales enablement initiatives drive meaningful revenue growth.
  • Establish scalable enablement processes to support crowd-sourced knowledge-sharing.
  • Determine KPIs for enablement programs and manage performance against clear goals.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales or sales enablement experience.
  • Experience in Financial Services/FinTech industry and strong payments acumen.
  • Proven ability to coach and deliver value-selling or solution-selling programs.
