Senior Operations Administrator Role

This is a senior administration position where the incumbent will oversee governance and operations for an Irish sports organization.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Key responsibilities include administrative support, maintaining records, filing, calendar management, and communication between departments and stakeholders.
  • Maintaining monitoring systems to assess compliance with governance obligations and regulatory requirements.
  • Preparing and distributing internal and external communications, as well as managing inquiries from key stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant qualification and experience in a senior administration role.
  • Ability to use scheduling and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with the Governance Code for Sport would be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
