Job Description:

We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective customers, identifying and developing new business opportunities.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing your territory to ensure effective coverage of account base, building a strong client database through effective self-generated leads, generating appropriate sales plans for existing customers and prospective customers, and closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements within business operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in a sales/business development role, excellent communication and relationship building skills, strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and excellent communication and organisational skills.
