Customer Success Leader

This is a unique opportunity to join our customer success team and make a significant impact. You will partner with the team to develop a scalable customer success playbook and framework that supports customers in the DACH region.

You will build, maintain, and own strong relationships with a book of 40-50 enterprise clients in the DACH region. Your key responsibilities include onboarding new clients, driving long-term adoption of multiple products, monitoring customer usage, and identifying areas for improvement or revenue expansion.

You will also own expansion and renewal of accounts within your book of business, which is a commercial role. Additionally, you will own your customer success KPIs (NRR/GRR) and contribute to CS OKR goals.

We are looking for a highly experienced individual with a minimum of 5-7 years of previous experience in Customer Success in a fast-paced SaaS organisation. You should have experience demonstrating and unlocking value for customers with technical, mission-critical products such as conversational AI.

Fluency in German and English is required, and exceptional communication skills to establish, nurture, and maintain relationships across all levels of customer organisations, including complex stakeholder environments are essential.

  • 5-7 years of previous experience in Customer Success in a fast-paced SaaS organisation

  • Strong analytical thinker and creative problem-solving skills to address diverse customer challenges and drive optimal outcomes
