We are seeking a Customer Success Partnership Specialist to play a pivotal role in ensuring the ongoing satisfaction and retention of our existing customer base.

As a Renewal Contract Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients nearing the expiration of their current contracts or subscriptions, guiding them through the renewal process with a focus on exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management:
  •   - Develop strong, positive relationships with assigned clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
  •   - Proactively engage with clients before contract expiration to discuss renewal options and demonstrate the value of SAP.
  • Renewal Process Management:
  •   - Provide end-to-end renewal execution support.
  •   - Maintain knowledge of commercial negotiation, renewal execution, and support on transactional steps related to renewals and replacements.
  • Renewal Forecasting and Reporting:
  •   - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, renewal statuses, and forecasted revenue.
  •   - Provide renewal forecasting support by accurately scrubbing renewals 12 months in advance of expiration date.
