The Portfolio Specialist is responsible for taking care of core 1 and core 2 maintenance customers, ensuring that they receive proactive support and their requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication and data management.
  • Upsell KONE Maintenance Solutions and lead contract renegotiations to drive revenue growth.
  • Support maintenance and operational teams by creating tender documentation and addressing service contract administration issues.
  • Monitor and resolve suspended contracts, address complaints, and maintain data quality.

Requirements

  • Account management experience is essential.
  • Service industry experience and contract administration expertise are beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
